We are looking for an HVAC works manager (M/F)  on a  permanent contract  in Puteaux (92) for the IDF and Oise sectors  for our Industry, Health and Research Business Line. 

 Your challenges with us

 You will join Yannick 's teams to take charge of HVAC work management  on large-scale construction sites in the Industry and Health sectors. Your scope extends  from the realization of studies and costings, the follow-up of the works, until the delivery of the installations and the invoicing  

As part of the management of your contracts, you:

• Take charge of our customers' requests (measurements, studies, sizing),
• You also respond to calls for tenders for studies in this field,
• Ensure the realization of the studies and the costing of the work estimates (technical and financial studies),
• Compose an organization to ensure the perfect execution of the proposed works (internal team, subcontracting and supplies),
• Monitor and control the quality of services and subcontractors in compliance with the specifications of the regulations in force and QSE rules.

You are the day-to-day contact for our client, as such you:

• Respect contractual commitments and ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service,
• Produce activity reports containing key data for our clients (deadlines, budget, etc.)
• Report on the performance of your construction sites.

 From a financial perspective, you:

• Maintain up-to-date financial reporting
• Ensure the profitability of your sites and the correct invoicing with our customers and service providers.

Your assets :

 You have a  Bac+2/3  training as an Engineer in HVAC Engineering / Building / Works , and you must demonstrate successful experience in conducting  HVAC type P7 works.
