We are looking for an  HVAC Multitechnical Maintenance Technician (M/F)  on a permanent contract on a site posted in Levallois (92) , for our Premium Real Estate Business Line .

 You  join the team of your Operations Team Manager , to manage the maintenance and troubleshooting of multi-technical installations , air conditioning, CTA and plumbing in tertiary buildings. As part of a team of several technicians, you are in daily contact with our customers, and it is up to you to maintain a close relationship with them, which will allow you, among other things, to represent ENGIE Solutions and suggest improvements.

 Your assets :

• A BEP/Bac+2 in Energy or Climate Engineering
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
• HVAC and electrical skills
• Knowing how to use connected tools (tablets, CMMS, BMS, etc.)
• Obtain your electrical authorizations
