Responsibilities
• Designing and updating job descriptions.• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Linkedin and GitHub).• Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.• Filling positions within an organization.• Interviewing candidates via various mediums (e.g. in-person, discord, face to face).• Provide regular updates and feedback to management.• Organizing employees' onboarding and offboarding processes.
Qualifications
• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role is a plus.• Familiarity with sourcing techniques• Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting for HR business.• Be active with online job boards, social media networks, and platforms to find qualified candidates for open positions.• Strong understanding of HR functions, methods, strategies, procedures, and policies.• Strong oral and written, analytical and organizational skills.• Communication and good time management skills.• Strong work ethics.• Ability to work fast
