IMPORTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Systems:  In this role you will be responsible for the successful coordination and delivery of people systems, including but not limited to HR policies and procedures, employee data administration, payroll processing, employee onboarding, leave of absence administration, and employee relations.  You will partner with the HR Director and HR team to coach the organization on the implementation of HR systems that enable a healthy work environment.Talent Management: You will own and ensure effective execution of all Talent processes including active and ongoing interviewing. You are the focal point for recruitment and development, following Corporate procedures for all hiring, on-boarding and ongoing skill development activities, career and organizational planning to include coaching of managers of others, and systemic mechanisms to ensure healthy and productive teams throughout the facility.Organizational Performance Assessment & Renewal: You will be responsible for recognizing, diagnosing, and systemically addressing performance issues and organization and design opportunities.Employee Relations: You will need to become a specialist in both local employment law, company policy and ensure the accurate and efficient handling of all incidents related to the employee experience.Labor Relations: You and the HR team are important in the development of an effective, proactive plan that improves the Labor environment as well as guide strategic choices for employing Non-P&G workers.Compensation & Benefits: You will collaborate on annual compensation market surveys, co-leading the non-exempt Pay, Progression and Career system, own the wage adjustments for hourly workers partnering with our Benefits and Payroll resources when escalations are vital.Corporate Citizenship: In addition to basic stewardship, and governance responsibilities, you will promote the company’s social responsibility efforts, including equality and inclusion and community impact.  Manufacturing’s Integrated Work System (IWS): You will be responsible to lead the people system elements of manufacturing’s ongoing journey towards zero loss and total employee engagement within your area of responsibility.

Qualifications

Graduated recently with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have a major or concentration in any of these areas – Human Resources, Business, Industrial Labor Relations, Organizational Development or relevant majors.

2+ years of HR experience

Manufacturing and/or Distribution experience (preferred)

Knowledge of Human Resources systems including but not limited to payroll, compensation, recognition, time and attendance, time away from work, etc.

Experience with Workday (preferred)
