Education: Bachelor of Accounting and/or Administration
Experience: minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar position.
· Interpretation of Applicable Laws (LFT, ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT), as well as concepts of social security.
· Knowledge in ISN calculations, worker-employer quotas.
· Experience in managing a comprehensive payroll system, NOMIPAQ, APRIL, NOI, etc.
· Extensive knowledge in SUA and IDSE, and RCV payments.
· Knowledge in determining work risk premiums.
Functions:
· Corporate payroll administration nationwide with large staff (HC 15,000 employees).
· Integration of multiple payroll concepts and types.
· Knowledge of ISR, tax treatment of wages and salaries, social security, Fonacot and CFDI payroll.
· Management of LSS, CFF, LYMPH.
· Determination and presentation of settlements to IMSS and INFONAVIT, as well as work risk premium.
· Certificates of differences and integration of information for the presentation of a Social Security opinion.
· Calculation and review of local taxes for different states.
