Job Description
This program is a 10-week full-time opportunity that starts on June 6th, 2022 and will end on August 12, 2022.  

Locations: RI-Woonsocket, CT-Hartford, IL-Chicago, AZ-Phoenix

This program has positions available at multiple work office locations across the country. By applying to this position, you understand that you will be considered for opportunities at these multiple locations. and your final location will be assigned and shared with you closer to your start date. About this business area:

Human Resources supports the enterprise by providing several “Centers of Excellence” that support our departments. Some of our divisions include: Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Learning and Development, Corporate Shared Service, and Human Resources Business Partner consulting services.

You will work on:

Our summer internship rolls will vary based on the team you are assigned to work with. Our internship roles provide you with real work experience within Human Resource and you are aligned to projects that you may lead or contribute to. Examples of past internship work include developing talent acquisition strategies, colleague annual satisfaction survey results analysis and action planning, talent calibration, talent development, talent acquisition, diversity recruiting, analytics, employee engagement, payroll and tax.

Required Qualifications
Meet educational requirements (see education section)

Preferred Qualifications
You should have:
-Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include: active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects

-Experience leading a school or work-related project

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Internship or work experience in related field such as business or human resource focus

-An interest in obtaining full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation

Education
You must meet the follow qualifications:

-Be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree

-Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2022 and August 2023

-Have a major, minor or concentration relevant to the position. Examples include: Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or Social Sciences
