Responsibilities:

The tasks you will perform on a daily basis will be multiple and operational.

You will be the privileged interlocutor of the employees, but also of the managers on various HR subjects on the site.

You will also take part in numerous interactions with team members across the Amazon Operations network.

Employee relations and engagement:

The engagement of our employees is at the heart of everything we do. You will often be the first point of contact for our employees. You will gain their trust by helping them, reassuring them and providing them with help in solving their problems.

HRIS management and tool management:

You will be in charge of the complete management of the payroll process as well as the supervision of the time management software (on Bodet).

You will be the point of reference for the site on the follow-up of illness files, provident insurance in connection with our decentralized administrative services, as well as payroll.

Finally, you will participate in the various cross-functional projects/missions in relation to other French or European sites.

Essential qualities:

• You hold a university degree;

• You are fluent in French and English;

• You have a pragmatic mind that you know how to use to solve a wide range of problems and obstacles;

• You are willing to establish effective working relationships in order to meet and exceed the expectations of your internal customers;

• You have a team spirit and you are able to work quickly and rigorously. These assets are essential to the success of your team;

• You are able to manage various tasks simultaneously, in the short and long term, in a dynamic environment;

• You are proficient in Excel and have strong data analysis skills;

• You don't mind working with flexible shifts and schedules.

Desired qualities:

• You have solid IT skills, particularly concerning systems specific to Human Resources such as PeopleSoft, Bodet;

• A mastery of French labor law and current HR and salary practices would be a plus;

• You have good knowledge of pre-payroll management.
