The HR Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business. Should be well-versed in technical office tools and software applications, calendar management, and coordinating travel and business meetings. Supports the business by proactively managing projects and enabling other team members to do their jobs.
IMPORTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide Human Resources fundamental support to serve the organization including: policy guidance, EmployeeRelation case handling, Employee Data Management, Time Administration, and employee liaison to the Employee CareCenter, etc.Pull and manipulate talent reports to enable HR managers to gather insight about talent management.May also assume responsibility for HR projects.Collaborate actively with the HR team, business partners, and senior management.

This requires strong problem-solving abilityand clear resolution via written and/or verbal communication. Steward for the Company and employee advocate, with apositive outlook that focuses on possibilities. Ability to communicate expectations and clear outcomes when outlining aprocess under his/her leadership.Enables Others: Comfortable training others on new policies, processes, or systems. Strong learningagility on new technologies. Brings ideas and suggestions to the HR Manager to improve processes or systems (i.e.,works “on the process†not just “in the processâ€).Understanding of policy and plans to ensure employee data is executed accurately. For example,vacation pro-ration, new hires, retirements, overpayments, less than full time, disability & FMLA, etc.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic Microsoft Office Skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
