As a Human Resource Manager, you will provide HR business strategy and support for client group leaders, managers and employees on organizational and employee matters. You will be a coach, and strategic partner in driving the business priorities while maintaining the human resource responsibilities.

As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Function as an internal consultant to leaders in achieving business goals. Advise and guide management on organizational effectiveness, especially the alignment of processes, systems and people
• Partner with the business leaders to drive strategic human resources initiatives that support business goals
• Being the point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes
• Ability to communicate the broader picture to the team. Use of basic influencing skills to deliver on assigned goals
• Service unit providing services to the function or directly to the business.
• Handling department work guided by procedures. Exceptional cases are resolved by choosing the right procedure

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources)
• Experience with HR management in manufacturing and supply chain.
• Experience with HR management in a Technology center
