COVID-19:

Key areas of focus will include but not limited to:
The position will work closely with other key groups in the Human Resource organization to ensure the team is integrated and aligned with business unit/program objectives. The focus will be on delivering high quality, seamlessly untegrated operational HR support for the business, the employees and managers. The person will be responsible for not only delivering HR products and services but also interfacing with employees and managers to improve the employee experience.
Postion Responsibilites:
This position allows a Hybrid schedule with telecommuting options. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work on-site in Annapolis Junction, MD

Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 3 or more years\' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person†as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person†includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
