Boeing Intelligence and Analytics Human Resources Team is currently seeking an early career Human Resource Generalist to join our team!

The position will work closely with other key groups in the Human Resource organization to ensure the team is integrated and aligned with business unit/program objectives. The focus will be on delivering high quality, seamlessly untegrated operational HR support for the business, the employees and managers. The person will be responsible for not only delivering HR products and services but also interfacing with employees and managers to improve the employee experience.

Postion Responsibilites:

• Provide HR presence in person or across Teams platform to enable real time engagemetn and solutions (as needed)
• Resolve or refer to members of the HR team for employee issues
• Support management delivery of employee performance improvement plans, corrective action and/or termination
• Manage the delivery and completion of mandatory training provided by The Boeing Company
• Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
• Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions
• Administrer Human Resources programs, systems and processes

This position allows a Hybrid schedule with telecommuting options. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work on-site in Annapolis Junction, MD

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting talent and/or related work experience in Human Resources and/or customer service experience
• 1+ years of experience in developing and/or contributing to processes, policies, and procedures
• 1+ years of experience coaching leaders and employees on sensitive and challenging topics that could be uncomfortable
• 1+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
• 1+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
• 1+ years of exeperinece using Microsoft products (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and Adobe

Preferred Qualifications:

• SPHR/PHR or other Human resources certification
• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations
• Experience working on a cross-functional team
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style
• Experience with data analytics and/or HR systems

Typical Education & Experience:

Typically 3 or more years\' related work experience or relevant military experience.  Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
