Colgate-Palmolive invites applicants for the HRIS Analyst position.  This is a temporary/ contract position.  The role supports the Global Project Manager, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding in the global implementation of technology to support the Talent Acquisition business team.  This includes SuccessFactors recruitment (RCM), onboarding (ONB), career site (CSB), candidate relationship management (CRM)  and employee central system (EC),  Additional tools include HiredScore (AI screening), ModernHire (virtual interview and scheduling), JDXpert (job description management) and more.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing all aspects of testing:
  • Project implementation testing and regression testing
  • Preparing testing documents, clearly documenting and retesting of all defects
  • Securing business sign off for all testing activities
  • Facilitating testing sessions, consolidating and documenting all issues, and monitoring resolution and progress
• Managing translations including working with translation vendor, local team validation and testing in applicable applications
• Assisting with twice a year software releases
• Conducting system demos to global HR teams

Additional responsibilities

• Assist in capturing detailed business requirements
• Assist with day-to-day support of user issues including research and troubleshooting
• Liaise with Global Information Technology team
• Participate in the creation of training materials for existing and new compensation tools

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4 year experience in an HRIS role
• Minimum of 2 year experience in software testing
• Strong computer skills, communication, analytical, relationship building and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects responsibilities simultaneously
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications

• Recent experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding
• Experience as project team member or lead
• Proficiency in Google applications

Work details

• Availability to work 35-40 hours per week
• Occasional work will be required during early morning or late evening due to global nature of the role
• Can work fully remote
