What you will be doing:

• Defining key transformational/improvement changes within Capita Experience
• Overseeing the delivery of People-related transformation projects and programmes
• Supporting with the design of the Capita Experience Transformation roadmap
• Advising, consulting and engaging leaders with the changes
• Tracking progress analytics and the value of transformational changes within Capita Experience
• Ensuring that systems and processes supporting improvement programmes are fit for purpose
• Communicating the transformation strategy in Capita Experience and serving as a thought leader in the area

Key Indicators and Behaviours:

• Demonstrable HR functional experiences e.g. talent management, change management, org design and development
• Demonstrable experience of large-scale transformation programmes, exceptional project management skills; Experience devising and implementing, effective, result-oriented campaigns
• Increases diversity and develops an inclusive culture where people enjoy their work
• Strong people management and relationship building skills to influence key stakeholders and leadership
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear, well-structured reports and briefs; ability to act as a thought leader in the area and communicate changes effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and detail oriented, able to use HR insights to provide challenge where required
