Job Description

This global role is a technology partner to the HR function to manage and deliver HR services to optimize and enhance the Mars Workday and Servicenow HR platforms across our global business segments. Technology services include, technology assessment and solution reviews, change and tenant management, security administration, as well as overseeing technology partners and supporting delivery of digital HR projects. This role Is critical to ensuring that our core platforms in Workday and Servicenow are efficiently managed to support continuous improvement in an agile environment. This strategic role partners closely with both HR Solutions and other Digital Technology teams on business requirements, solution design and oversight of onshore and offshore technology delivery resources.  

What are we looking for?

  • Experienced HR technology professional with 5+ years’ experience with success in deploying, managing and optimizing global Workday HCM and Servicenow capabilities 
  • Strong and engaging people manager with experience managing technology partners
  • Consultative technology partner that understands business needs and is solutions focused
  • Effective program manager who manages projects and budgets well
  • Curiosity and passionate learner who has an architect mindset for sustainable end to end solutions.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Responsible for the deployment of HR IT capabilities which address functional and business segment strategies, by engaging client stakeholders and utilizing technology teams to solution and deliver projects and enhancements.
  • Co-Lead a center of expertise for Workday technology and complementary HR functional solutions, defining and enabling global technology standards, efficient operational processes and delivering common solutions that enhance associate experience.
  • Lead Workday platform administration including change and tenant management as well as security administration and testing
  • Lead the global HR governance processes with respect to new capabilities, enhancements to platforms, partnering with release management SMEs to deliver change with agility and quality
