Job Description:

We have a number of opportunities to support our clients with their HR and Resourcing processes as HR/Resourcing Administrators within our Belfast location. These are great opportunities to develop your career within administration/HR.

What you’ll be doing;

  • Providing full administrative support for the end to end recruitment process
  • Working as part of a team with other HR & Resourcing Administrators to deliver a seamless
  • Responding to applicant queries via email and telephone in accordance with relevant policies and procedures; 
  • Professionally liaise and communicate with client by telephone and email;
  • Support the candidate on-boarding process through the processing of ID, qualification and security checks and the preparation and issuing of job offers;
  • Support the administration of recruitment campaigns through the preparation and management of relevant documentation at each stage;
  • Provide full administrative support in the provision of interviews and assessment centres for candidates;

What we’re looking for:

  • Good IT skills – particularly MS Office, i.e. Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proactive and with initiative
  • Organised with good time management and an ability to prioritise
