Job Description

The HR Projects Manager is responsible for supporting strategic initiatives within the corporate HR store and omni support team. The HR Projects Manager will ensure a smooth and seamless execution of projects to the stores, understanding the working environment and recommending the best deployment strategies for the end user. This role will develop clear and concise project plans focusing on the people impact of any strategic store/omni initiative. The project plan will focus on minimizing disruption to the business, creating a positive environment for change, while ensuring that all applicable upstream and downstream implications are accounted for. In addition, this role will provide HR support for key HR projects and cycles, while performing the transactional components supporting these efforts.

• Understand the strategic goals of the business and ensures project goals are aligned.

• Accountability for all aspects of project execution including planning and schedule management .

• Partner cross-functionally to ensure business requirements are met and reduce negative people impact.

• Integrate and manage the program timeline by identifying all project interdependencies.

• Be the single point of contact for project details.

• Ensure all teams are updated on the status of projects and kept on the same page.

• Ensure materials are branded consistently.

• Lead and influence other for timely completion of project activities

• Provide support in the planning and roll out of organizational changes

Education / Experience Requirements:

Position Contribution Level :

Minimum Education & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in relevant field or relevant work experience.

• 5+ years of HR experience

• 5+ years of managing projects

• Experience working in or supporting retail stores

Preferred Education & Experience:

Knowledge / Skills Requirements:
EX: Proficient in Excel and Access; able to type \"X\" words a minute; understanding of retail store operations

Knowledge & Skills

• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-directed

• Good analysis skills and ability to plan for execution challenges

• Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
