HR & Office Manager
Work involves to oversee all aspects of the office and practices and processes in the organization.
Primary Duties
Responsible for handling key areas of Human Resource Management including selection of manpower recruitment, performance appraisal, disciplinary inquiry handling, grievance handling, legal compliances with statutory bodies, employee’s welfare, etc.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with the overall organization vision, mission and objectives.
In charge of coordinating an organization’s administration system and general workflows
Facilitate communication throughout a company and developing procedures to make a workplace more efficient
Work closely with managers, department heads, and employees to improve work relationship with high tolerance and understandings.
Ensure to retain competent and efficient employees
Requirements
A Degree in HRM or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institute.
Minimum of 03 years of experience in the field of HR & Administration.
Outstanding communication skills and strong computer literacy.
Excellent time management and planning skills.
Fluency in English and Sinhala. Knowledge in Tamil would be an advantage.
