Key Responsibilities :
Manages associate on-boarding/off-boarding process
Submits requests and assists with pre-employment screening process
Facilitates New Hire Orientation
Maintains personnel files (filing and auditing) in accordance with company policy; upholds record keeping and data security requirements; maintains strict confidentiality of associate personal and business information
Administers new hire activity, personnel actions and other administrative processes as needed in HRIS
Tracks, records and reports timekeeping and attendance
Supports and responds to associates in a courteous, professional, respectful, and confidential manner; promptly and politely responds to inquiries and requests for support; assists in the administration of associate relations and recognition programs
Assists with various projects and perform other duties as assigned

Communication Skills- Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. Edits work for spelling and grammar errors; able to read and interpret written information effectively.Â
Interpersonal Skills - Flexible and able to maintain confidentiality. Able to interact appropriately with various levels within the organization. Remains open to others\' ideas and exhibits willingness to learn new things.
Dependability - Consistently reports for scheduled shift. Follows instructions and responds to management direction; solicits feedback to improve performance.
Additional Skills/Education/Experience :
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Intermediate level)
Experience in Workday (Strongly Preferred)
High School diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of HR experience (Strongly Preferred)
Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred but not required)
