HR Business Partner provides guidance & support for people leaders and executives on the matters related to organization, talent and culture. You will work on talent identification and development, skills & capability planning and promotion of diversity & inclusion as a fundamental element of our culture. HR Business Partner will collaborate with the Human Capital & Technology organization which is responsible for the wing to wing employee experience and is providing HR expertise around every process that touches employee life cycle.
 

Partner with the best
 HR Business partner in TPS Services based in North America will be working closely with the leadership team of TPS Services in NAM & LATAM and support global HR projects & initiatives to support TPS Services business strategy and growth.

 As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

 Building the right human capabilities within your client group, when it comes to the organization design and set of skills & capabilities of the workforce

• Working closely with the leadership team to set clearly and efficiently the Roles & Responsibility across the organization
• Identifying the top talents of your organization, building the succession pipeline, building mitigation plan and strategies in case of talent gaps, organizing engagement & developmental activities for your client group
• Handling communication with colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems, promoting the culture of Diversity & Inclusion
• Leading as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects

Fuel your passion
 To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with 5+ years of experience in Human Resources)
• Have important experience in Employee Human Resource Management, Organizational Development & Talent Management
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate excellent leadership ability
• Demonstrate the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects and be able to influence across different teams.
• Have an organized approach to problem solving with good analytical skills
