The Role
The position is responsible for maintain good employee relations in the assigned vertical and to handle smooth operations of HR by collaborating with all the respective stakeholders.
- Deliver HR service requirements of all stakeholders on time.
- Responsible for all the recruitment of the respective vertical
- Timely completion of performance appraisals of the staff
- Employee Relations including handling disciplinary inquiries.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provides Payroll information on time
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
- Coordinates employee engagement activities
The Require
- Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized university/institute
- 2-3 years experience proven work experience as an HR business partner
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skills
- Must be people centric and willing to travel
