ABOUT THE JOB:

As a HR Business Partner, you will ensure effective HR support for a range of IT and HR driven projects and programs. You will deploy global/regional HR strategy in partnership with local Business leaders to drive the achievement of business objectives in the following areas: organizational design, succession planning, performance management and workforce planning.

 

Provide day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Managing and facilitating activity with HR centres of excellence and specialists in the broader HR network to deliver the people elements of the business strategy.

 

You will work directly with Senior Leaders and managers to identify key resource capabilities aligned with business goals, conduct gap analysis and develop and implement strategies to either develop internal or buy external resource to meet the needs of TUI’s Business Plan priorities. Works closely with projects that enhance TUI’s digitalisation and transformation which deliver value and improve effectiveness. Furthermore you are responsible to coordinate and monitoring HR projects, especially global programs, like transformation roll-out (Recruiting & Onboarding)

 

You will also develop and deliver a resourcing plan to attract and retain talent in conjunction with the people leaders and resourcing function. Responsible to drive a strong culture through application of organizational development interventions, coaching and business partnership with Senior Leadership Partner with key HR leaders to support and define the cultural engagement, change initiatives and implementation plans. 

 

Collaborate in the creation & implementation of corporate HR initiatives and programs that drive employee engagement and productivity. Responsible to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; ensuring compliance to company practices and employment laws; including thorough and objective investigations and advising on appropriate action. 

 

ABOUT YOU:

  • CIPD qualified. Strong commercial experience of HR partnering and demonstrable business acumen. International experience and understanding of the IT/Digital landscape is highly preferred.
  • Experience partnering with IT teams is an advantage and ability to quickly and effectively build senior-level relationships
  • Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines to include, compensation, organizational design, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
  • Experience in identifying learning requirements and working with L&D teams to design and implement targeted learning modules to improve performance. Ability to design and implement talent retention strategies
  • Experience with innovative change efforts, including developing and implementing detailed change management plans
  • Experience supporting multiple business functions, ideally within large, complex organizations
  • Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers and financial metrics to drive talent outcomes for the business. Influence, shaping solutions, negotiation and partnership skills
  • Strong interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills. Strong prioritization skills (able to balance between detail-orientation and 80:20 approach)
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast paced, constantly changing environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with and play to the strengths of international colleagues in the HR team
