• Execution of HR processes for the business – ensure strong deployment and impact of critical processes and continuously assess the efficiency in a rapidly-changing business landscape with a main focus on valued hourly employees (CSE Advisers) and Team Leaders.

• A strategic Advisor to the Leadership Team to shape a sustainable growth journey and build a people plan for the decided fast geographic expansion and future footprint. Based on data insights and the ability to think holistically you find solutions for talent management, to challenges in the area of organizational design, employee engagement, remuneration, etc. Your focus will be on building Team Leader capability, foster the right culture and skills for all employees to operate in an inclusive, trusted space.

Our HR organisation includes 4 main areas: Talent, Reward & Insights, Diversity & Inclusion and Partnering & Operations function.
Partnering & Operations organisation covers HR (PO&D) Business partnering as well as local operations including employee relations, benefits, policies, and development. The partnering organisation develops and deploys the people & culture agenda in line with our strategic direction.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent working experience
• In-depth exposure to a hands-on HR Business Partner role with back office functions and as HR adviser for managers in global, matrixed organisation
• Ideally first-hand experience in supporting global or regional Consumer Contact Centers (Call Centre’s), retail or e-commerce organisations including hourly employees
• Experience in crafting and adopting HR processes and systems to the needs of various employee groups (salaried/hourly; permanent/seasonal)
• Strong business understanding of a customer centric organisation
• Curiosity in helping to tackle constantly evolving partner needs across consumers, shoppers, and employees
• Strong collaborative partner skills evidenced through strong written and verbal communication
• An ability to harness data to influence decisions in people matters
• Open minded, structured, and a strong collaborative mentality
• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities across a number of partners in an agile and fast paced and changing business and retail environment
• Proficiency in English, any additional languages would be a plus
