Job Description

The purpose of the HR Administrator role is to provide administrative support to Senior HR Advisors/HR Advisors in the course of their duties, both in Beacon House and at offsite meetings, to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner, and to undertake assigned activities relating to other functions within HR Services.

Job Description:

This HR Administration role is based at our offices in Belfast, this is a great opportunity for someone looking for a first role within Human Resources, you will be involved in meetings with our clients and will be supporting the HR team with the required administration tasks.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Arranging meetings with internal and external clients
  • Taking minutes of HR meetings
  • Ensuring all daily administrative duties are completed on time and accurately to meet SLA’s / KPI’s and Shared Service Centre standards.
  • Attending meetings / events as required, travelling as necessary

What we’re looking for:

  • Administration experience
  • Ability to take minutes
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Must be computer literate and proficient with MS programs (word/excel/outlook)
