Frasers Group are currently looking for a French HR Administrator to join our busy HR function. You will support with a wide variety of HR queries and will be managing a busy workload, so experience working at a fast pace is a must. Interface with several external entities, regarding the timely submission of all reports;
Ensure the recruitment and selection process; support whenever necessary in the process of welcoming new employees;
Elaboration of Holiday Maps and Annual Training Plan
Develop and monitor disciplinary procedures
Support in the implementation and development of specific policies, processes, procedures, in accordance with the Group's HR strategy
Manage the relationship with the managers of the different areas and provide transversal support to the Human Resources business
Interaction and cooperation with the different departments whenever necessary.
