The Job Description

We are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as an Artwork Operations Manager for Home Care in Cincinnati, OH. You will be accountable to deliver artwork capability, including process measurement using global metrics. This position owns organizational capability, skill development and qualifications of Artwork resources. You will align Artwork Action Plans to meet critical business needs and/or targets. This role ensures Quality Assurance policies and Standard Operating Procedures are followed during the Artwork development process to deliver desired print quality.

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who have:

  • Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills are required. Demonstrates being both a good customer and supplier who works across multiple interfaces. This role is pivotal to integrating requirements and setting priorities for all brands, initiatives, and markets within the Beauty Care business unit

  • Accountability for results, artwork process capability, Real Time Artwork (RTA) system, reliable process, and supply management

Required

  • Must have a minimum bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, other related degree and/or degree with relevant experience

  • Must have 1 – 3 years experience

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills required

Preferred

  • Previous experience managing an Artwork Organization is preferred but not required

  • Demonstrated experience with RTA or Enovia is preferred but not required

  • Demonstrated experience with Excel, Power BI, data analysis preferred

  • Experience managing others is preferred
