National Trust Supporters are more than customers and you will be helping them with a range of member and supporter queries via telephone and via email on behalf of the National Trust. We’ll train you to deliver a service that is consistent, confident, friendly and reliable so that each of the supporters you engage with feel valued, understood and listened to.
You’ll join a team where supporter satisfaction is celebrated, and you will receive recognition as you progress. To help you understand what National trust is all about, you will receive free access for you and your family, so you can visit National Trust places at your leisure, to see what it feels like to be a supporter of this amazing charity, helping you to engage with members and supporters when they contact you.
