What are the key responsibilities:

• Development of deep understanding of performance at PL class/segment and channel level for Home and Lifestyle

• Attend the Personal Lines Performance Forum and other forums representing Home and Lifestyle technical pricing, underwriting, performance metrics and insights

• Develop our best written technical cost models, working with Analytics function to continually improve these models

• Accountable for ensuring adequate fraud detection and prevention is in place

How do I deliver my role?

• Extensive underwriting & pricing capabilities.

• Ability to think both long-term strategically and operationally.

• Able to explain incredibly complex concepts to a senior and varied audience

• Significant experience in Underwriting roles

• Experience of managing staff and underwriting accounts.

What will you get for this role?

• Salary circa £130,000 Norwich and circa £140,000 London depending on skills, experience, and qualifications
