Summary

We have an opportunity for a Team Leader to support our Holiday Cottage Cleaners at Tyntesfield.

Duration: Permanent

Hours: 15 hours per week. 

Salary: £9.38 per hour (£18,298 FTE)

Internally you will be known as 'Holidays Operation Team Leader'

What you'll be doing

You will induct new staff and support the provision of an efficient, effective and flexible service ensuring cover for changeovers, service cleans and house opening achieving very high standards of presentation; co-ordination of routine maintenance and repairs, and deal with customer queries in line with the NT Holidays Toolkit.

Health and Safety compliance and good environmental management is essential.  You will be familiar with working to risk assessments, COSHH procedures, accident reporting, and fire safety.

Who we're looking for

To excel at this role, you'll need to have;

•Practical experience in an operational role in a holiday operating environment

•A good understanding of necessary standards of housekeeping, presentation and maintenance

•Some supervisory experience, good people skills, confidence dealing with a variety of situations including incidents and complaints
