Specialising in Police & Fire FM Contracts, the Helpdesk Operator will take and record all Helpdesk calls and emails, filter queries and call out various sub-contractors for maintenance, repairs and other functions as required, using our CAFM system, QFM. The Operator will also be responsible for chasing outstanding Event progressions across all contracts to record resolutions to their end point, and ensure all Helpdesk SLAs are met.
The Helpdesk Operator will also be responsible for administering all the bookings relating to the Conference and Hospitality Services. This service covers all room bookings and catering requirements.
The position requires strong administration skills in order to keep accurate audit trails and maintain records effectively within the Helpdesk Operation. In addition, the Helpdesk Operator will be responsible for producing reports, monitoring BMS Critical Alarms for Police and Fire Sites and following Out of Hours escalation procedures for all incoming incidents during out of hour periods.
