We are recruiting for a rewarding opportunity to join a family-run healthcare services company in the Enfield area as a Healthcare Equipment Consultant, working 8am-5pm, 5 days a week (Monday to Saturday, on a rota basis). The position is initially temporary, but there is opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate!
Duties:
* The role is often customer facing. You will give product advice, help to develop bespoke solutions for people's needs, and improve their independence and quality of life
* You will assist with the operational aspects of the mobility showroom to maintain correct standards
* As supervisor, you will oversee other team members to ensure that that they are performing their allocated roles, perform and co-ordinate administrative and scheduling duties, and collaborate in service improvement and development
Key attributes required for the role:
* Excellent interpersonal skills; able to lead team members, and communicate effectively with the public, social services, the NHS, charities, and the care sector. The right candidate will be polite, patient, and empathetic
* Strong organizational skills
* Good numerical skills
* Computer literate
* Prior retail or healthcare experience not required as full training will be provided
* Be prepared to undergo a DBS check
