Tasks
As a Health, Safety & Environmental Specialist (HSE Specialist), you are responsible for ensuring and developing the company's HSE work in the Swedish, Norwegian and Danish markets. You do this by being the organization's specialist locally, and by collaborating with both local and central functions to develop the organization. The emphasis for this role is on the environmental aspects linked to the products the company provides. You are also responsible for maintaining and further developing environmental, health and safety management systems as well as supporting the company's sustainability vision and improving accreditations. You are also responsible for regulatory issues, such as environmental and safety documentation, declaration of conformity and permit applicants.
As an HSE Specialist for CPG, you are a highly valued source of knowledge with a wide network of contacts within the organization, which places high demands on you as a person to be constantly informed in matters concerning legislation and government procedures.
In the role of HSE specialist, you will serve both internal and external contact points in matters concerning regulations and environmental technical issues and are responsible for keeping track of relevant market trends.
Education, experience and personal qualities
• Post-secondary education in chemistry, environment or equivalent education
• A few years' experience from a similar role, where contact with authorities and legislation has been a part of everyday life
• Good computer skills
• Very good knowledge of both English and Swedish in speech and writing

You are an orderly person who thrives on structure while being flexible and able to adapt to a changing everyday life.
