Our Turbomachinery & Process Solutions team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

Partner with the best

Responsible to roles will typically be in shared service; may support multiple businesses, but not necessary. Subject matter experts will generally fall into this category. Typically HQ Jobs and NOT on site. For client facing roles, use Operational EHS family. Develops operational plan for own department. Contributions to plan of the larger unit.

As a Health and Safety Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Having expertise in a specific area, such as industrial hygiene, injury & illness, ergonomics, electrical safety, process safety management, etc. and/or providing general health & safety advice and support for multiple sites or a region.
• Developing regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.
• Having effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.
• Sharing best practices with HSE Global team.
• Providing services to the function or directly to the business.
• Handling work requiring analysis and interpretation. Procedures don't cover all the exceptions. Approaches for exceptions have to be developed.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, with at least 4 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety).
• Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Health and Safety roles.
• Have experience leading teams of 1 - 4 members.

• Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
