The Role: As the Principle Product Manager you will be responsible for designing and delivering the future Supply Chain strategy for Amazon Fresh Stores International, creating a network that both meets the future growth requirements and delivers on the stretching cost to serve targets. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic leader who thinks strategically and is always working back from the customer to innovate on their behalf. The ability to drive large-scale, multi-platform initiatives from conception and design to development and implementation at pace is a must. You consistently manage stakeholder expectations, set the direction and build scalable mechanisms.

Responsibilities:
· Set business direction and long-term strategic planning, designing the future Supply Chain for Amazon Fresh Stores International that meets the demands of the projected growth and is in-line with forecasted cost targets.
· Own the commercial and contractual negotiations with third party providers.
· Able to autonomously collaborate and communicate with technology teams to support the delivery of a Supply Chain tech infrastructure that enables future scalability.
· Lead the critical path for Supply Chain across functions, optimise for scale and achieve aggressive business targets.
· Innovate on behalf of your customer, identifying and building solutions and processes in a scalable way which supports cost targets.
· Development of future budgets to support business objectives.
· Introduce, develop, and ensure industry leading best practice is being utilised across the team.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
· Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
· History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, a Supply Chain/Operations discipline or Information Systems Management
· Experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Inventory Management or equivalent experience such as Consulting, Finance, or Operations
· Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.
· Strong data analysis skills, ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data and develop metrics to track results.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills complemented with the ability to problem solve independently.
· Proven track record of managing and executing large projects from start to finish, including project management, data gathering, problem solving, and communicating recommendations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA or Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
