• Exposure in ERP system, reporting to Directors, good attitude to drive the sales force and flexible with changing environment and teamwork are essential.
• Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance and provides.
• Leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth In line with the company’s vision and values.
• Developing and implementing effective strategic plans with a clear vision on sales.
• Identifying innovative methods of promoting company and its products and services to customers.
• Reviewing market analysis to determine customer needs, sales volume potential & setting budgets / targets to meet management goals.
• Developing and maintaining a strong work relationship with clients/customers, architects, procurement managers, keys management and initiating contacts with other relevant agents.
