We are looking for an innovative Head of Research and Intelligence to lead our work in making best use of our data. This is a high profile and key role internally and externally, central to our strategic ambition to use our data, information from inspections and feedback from patients to provide a sharper focus to our regulatory work, improve the information we produce, and shape our policy development. We aim to improve the evidence base for treatment, raise the quality of services and, crucially, help fertility patients make what are some of the most difficult treatment decisions in modern medicine.
You will develop and support your team ensuring it can shape internal and external decision making using our data. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop research and intelligence work, setting out how we will use outcome data, inspection intelligence and patient feedback to improve the quality of care in the fertility sector.
Dynamic and self-motivated, you will have excellent communication skills and an ability to clearly articulate our intelligence strategy to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
