The Amazon Advertising Event Sponsorships team is seeking an experienced Program Management Lead, Live Sports Sponsorships to build a Live Sports Sponsorships program that provides our Advertisers with high visibility and impactful sponsorship opportunities.

A day in the life
In this role, you'll partner across Advertising, Prime Video, and Retail to create a sponsorships program for Amazon's Live Sports events. You'll create a program vision, identify key priorities for the program, and create mechanisms to ensure the best possible advertiser and end customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong ownership and influencing skills. You will thrive in fast paced dynamic environments and have very strong communication and presentation skills. This role requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, passionate about the customer and comfortable working with numerous stakeholders across the organization and worldwide in an environment that has a considerable amount of ambiguity.

The WW Sponsorships team works across Amazon to create high impact opportunities for advertisers to sponsor content, programs and events that enhance the end customer experience and fuels the flywheel.

Job responsibilities
-Partner with Advertising Sales, Prime Video, Retail and operations teams to create the Live Sports sponsorships program by establishing a vision and key priorities for the program. Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams
-Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
-Leverage customer and external/internal partner feedback to drive continuous program improvement, including optimizing existing cross-functional processes to improve efficiencies and SLAs
-Present confidently to Amazon senior management as well as other large audiences

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree
· Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
· Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, and Execution teams
· Strong problem solving and collaboration skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA a plus
· Experience with TV or OTT product/sales a plus
· Experience working with a fast-paced and geographically diverse media sales organization
· Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
