Job Description

We are looking for a leader to develop the UKI Operations team to deliver extraordinary operational performance and outstanding commercial results.

Partnering across functions and ensuring strong collaboration at all levels driving effective and efficient S&OP, delivering high customer satisfaction and healthy inventory and logistics management as well as governing key customer metrics for internal and external reporting.Bring energy, creativity and the ability to empower others to build success in a fast-paced commercial environment. Core Responsibilities

• Establish the strategic objectives for the team ensuring they are delivering against both commercial and operations needs of the business

• Build the capabilities of the UKI Operations team to ensure that we deliver above average service to our retail partners

• Drive clear focus and rigour behind the delivery of key performance metrics: In-stock, retail inventory weeks of cover, Item level, shipment forecast accuracy and BU level Consumer Sales forecast Bias

• Build positive relationships and collaboration between teams within the UK and with regional partners at all levels

• Represent the voice of the BU and Retailers within the European Operations Network

• Partner with the EMEA team to deliver continuous improvement projects for the UKI BU to help support the digitilisation journey

• As a member of the UKI leadership team there is an opportunity to contribute to defining the 1-3 year commercial and people plans for the total business

Do you have what it takes?

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of our commercial and operational priorities such as driving effective and efficient S&OP processes, commitment to outstanding customer service ensuring high customer satisfaction and healthy inventory management and governing key customer operational processes (claims, invoices, payments etc.)

• University degree or equivalent working experience in a relevant area

• A proven track record of leadership and developing strong performing teams with high motivation and satisfaction in their roles

• An energy to contribute strongly in a team setting

• Experience of working in Operations, Logistic or Supply Chain Departments

• Proven cross-functional forecasting experience with a clearly demonstrated ability to deliver results

• Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement of the service delivered to retailers

• Ability to operate at a senior level with both internal and external partners including experience leading complex negotiations

• Strategically strong with a pragmatic approach to wider business challenges and ability to thrive in uncertainty

• A proactive approach to opportunities and challenges with a change mind-set

• Experience in leading teams through periods of significant change

• Fluent in English both written and spoken
