Role Profile

• Lead the development and execution of the corporate strategy for marketing and communications to deliver high-quality, impactful communications and marketing campaigns
• Partner with external vendors and/or agencies to develop market insight and understand competitive pressures in a disruptive market and develop effective marketing strategies to venture into niche market segments
• Maintain close alignment with Company’s product strategy and implement best practice initiatives, utilize variety of media tactics and channels to achieve strategic objectives
• Act as the trusted and authoritative Company’s media spokesmen and represent the Company at key corporate events locally and internationally focusing on reputational enhancements
• Develop and maintain media relations best practices to maintain Company’s brand reputation, leverage social media and other channels to optimize brand penetration globally.
• Support the C-Level with leadership communications, driving internal and external communications, engagements and initiatives to develop a compelling employer branding and market value proposition.
• Lead the development and effective use of internal and external communication channels across the Company to ensure positioning of our brands, products, and services appropriately
• Partner with HR and support the culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives and bringing our corporate values and culture initiatives to life at Wavenet

 
Candidate Profile

• Degree in Marketing or a related field with senior professional development in marketing
• 5 years of experience in an enterprise SaaS marketing role would be a direct advantage
• Outstanding knowledge of web analytics and digital marketing
• Established portfolio of media and PR contacts
• Proven track record of creating and delivering marketing plans with measurable impact
• Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
