What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborating with business MDs and the Growth team to determine priorities, create a marketing plan and execute campaigns that drive growth and optimise ROI
- Using insights into the market, clients and competitors to shape the go-to-market strategy for our suite of Resourcing offerings
- Creating and commissioning innovative and multi-channelled marketing initiatives, that support new lead generation, demand generation and cross-selling opportunities, drawing on support from specialist teams within the marketing function and external agencies
- Developing sales enablement collateral including the product positioning, messaging and marketing for our existing and future customer client value propositions, working closely with the solutions and innovations teams
- Working closely with teams across the function, including brand, campaigns, and analyst relations to amplify campaigns, optimise investment and help position ourselves in the market
- Reporting, data management, and demonstrating proof of ROI on campaign performance
- Budget oversight and management to ensure investment is fully optimised
- Developing market positioning to support sale strategy
What we’re looking for:
- Marketing in a B2B environment, with solid, relevant experience
- Expertise in online and digital marketing execution, with a deep understanding of the latest B2B customer engagement tactics
- Strong understanding of the HR resourcing market, products and technologies, and key trends impacting across multiple industries
- You must be fully versed in the latest marketing automation trends and technologies, having significant experience of using automation to drive pipeline and improve campaign performance
- Proven experience in delivering ROI on strategic and tactical campaigns
- Strong commercial acumen, reporting and data analysis skills
- Exceptional budget management to ensure all investment is fully utilised
- Energetic, creative, enthusiastic and innovative
- Strong verbal and written skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at once
- Ability to work with and influence stakeholders at all levels within a complex matrix environment and create an impact by speaking credibly with senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of strategic business drivers and how these translate into marketing strategy
- Strong understanding of marketing delivery and all elements of the marketing mix
- Ability to bring new innovative marketing approaches to life and constantly evolve best practice
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Industry recognised degree and qualification in marketing
