WHAT'S THE ROLE?

As Head of IT Audit, you act as a strategic and trusted partner to protect organizational value by identifying IT/IS risks and effectiveness of related internal controls while preparing the business to take advantage of the opportunities presented by the digital evolution. You provide independent, objective assurance in the third line of defense, advice and insights to stakeholders and contribute to the improvement of our control and oversight processes and operations.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

As Head of IT Audit, you will report directly to the Head of Internal Audit & Risk management. You will perform risk assessments and determine adequate audit coverage to monitor effectiveness of internal controls & risk mitigation on IT systems in central IT, the business units and in local entities globally. You will plan, coordinate, and lead end-to-end IT/IS audits throughout the Hilti universe. You will be responsible for the definition of the annual audit plan for IT/IS risk as part of the overall global audit plan for the group. By building a strong collaboration across the lines of defense (e.g. Chief Cybersecurity Officer, Head of Compliance, Head Enterprise-wide Risk Management), you will act as a business partner to support the adoption of emerging technologies. You will support the transformation of the internal audit function and lead data analytics initiatives for the department.
