We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Head of Insights Delivery.

In this role, you will: 

• Have oversight of fungible resources in a virtual value stream construct (cross-functional pods/scrums) to deliver scoped and sized packages of work
• Provide clear, strong thought leadership and ability to influence the right outcomes
• Put in place Agile methods and mechanisms in order to drive team effectiveness, including ability to prioritise, form pods/scrums (based on needs, capability, capacity) and drive the backlog of work
• Introduce the function to best practice delivery methods and tools, based on industry and HSBC context and drives up capability in the team to contract with stakeholders and deliver effectively 
• Ensure work is appropriately balanced with team capacity, providing management with transparency of CTB and RTB workload and identifying pinch-points
• Develop reporting and feedback mechanisms to manage delivery of work, escalate issues and enable informed decision making 
• Assist in setting up delivery structure to tackle large initiatives
• Act as liaison to other key change functions in the bank

• Expert in Agile and coordinating delivery through others.
• Experience of working in a large matrix organisation, ideally international.
