The GTA team is responsible for developing and shaping how we go to market to attract, source, identify, onboard and connect outstanding Talent to the LEGO Group’s organizational growth strategy. Working hand in hand with our regional operations team across the LEGO Group’s 5 core Hubs, partnership with our global talent colleagues is key in succeeding together.
This position can reside in either our Billund, Denmark Headquarters or our London Hub. Unfortunately, relocation is not offered for this role.
Core Responsibilities
• Guardianship of the global approach to talent acquisition, policy, processes and framework and curator of the bio-sphere within.
• You will be accountable for embedding first-class critical thinking and approach around Executive Hiring, Strategic Sourcing, full value chain Recruitment, Talent Attraction & Employer Brand plus Child Safeguarding, Onboarding and DE&I strategies and processes.
• Collaboration will be front and centre in everything that you do, working closely in partnership with the immediate team and the regional Talent Operations teams across our five core LEGO Hubs in the Americas, Northern Europe, EMEA, China and APAC.
• Encouraging working practices that are balanced with alignment globally across key areas such as HR partnering, Procurement, IT, Business Insights and Reporting, and Shared Services.
• Deep critical thinking is desirable, with the ability to infuse data to drive critical insights and performance decisions.
• Stewardship of how experience is felt and perceived by both hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process, followed though by fast and supportive pre-hire and onboarding experience.

Do you have what it takes?
• Combined experience across multiple aspects of the Talent agenda, with a majority of experience in Talent Acquisition (attraction, selection, retention, onboarding). Critical to have experience creating and successfully implementing ground-breaking strategies in a global context with regional nuances.
• Compelling leadership style that engages and inspires the broader talent acquisition teams and critical partners by providing the tools, methodologies, process, and leadership, Enabling them to advance the recruitment function.
• Deep expertise in both operationalizing, optimizing and redefining key areas within the talent acquisition field.
• Unique blend of strategic and forward-thinking approach, with an ability to focus relentlessly on priorities, and systematically deliver extraordinary and sustainable results.
• Individual needs to be both brave and curious. With a demonstrated ability to successfully solving challenges with high levels of complexity, providing palatable, simple solutions.
• Must have well honed cross border collaboration and communication skills and the skills to juggle and lead effectively across multi-cultures and different time zones.
• Experience working with changing priorities and ambiguity is key, alongside navigating sophisticated matrix structures and delivering through others towards a common agenda.
• The joy of using and understanding data to generate user driven insights, trends and patterns to drive effective performance discussions and changes as and when required.
Nice to have:
• Previous experience with Cloud based recruitment platforms, and the understanding of best-in-class tools and platforms across all elements of TA.
• End-to-end recruitment value chain experience that can shape and refine a global agenda.
• Travel is a minimal requirement.
