What A Great Candidate Looks Like:

• At least 10 years of R&D management and leadership experience in both large enterprises and startup organizations, developing complex SaaS enterprise software (B2B/B2B2B)
• Current hands-on full-stack programming experience according to functional, object oriented, service oriented and reactive paradigms – you will need to match that of your peers
• In depth knowledge of Agile development, SAFE, continuous implementation, lean startups, and multi-cultural management
• Experience with artificial intelligence, open source development, and overall quality management, and educated technology and methodology selection
• Proven track record in hiring, developing and retaining high performing teams
• Strong QA and Automation background with experience in defining and enforcing and continuously managing quality throughout the entire SDLC
• Highly proficient in exploiting the hidden powers of cloud computing platforms (e.g. serverless cloud-native, multi-platform solutions) and distributed big data processing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to both internal and external customers
• Relevant academic degree
• Ability and willingness to travel - required

BlackSwanTechnologies.ai is seeking to fill a head of development position, with full responsibility for the company's development vision, performance and quality; Lead the development team growth, and manage its budget; Head the interaction with other internal groups (Engineering, Product, Data Science, etc.) and external (business, technology and delivery partners); Ownership of full SaaS product delivery, from development, thru testing to CICD; Lead and guide engineering culture to form a high-performance team in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities; Responsible for the development of cutting-edge, highly scalable software embedded with machine learning, deep learning, NLP algorithms, serverless architecture, and graph technology; Key member of the executive team, Work in collaboration with other executives to define and implement corporate strategy.
