A senior role within the Urban Energy sector, the Head of Community Energy has overall responsibility for general management, including customer service, operational and financial performance, of our Community Energy schemes and metering and billing service delivery throughout the UK.
What will you deliver?
Best-in-class customer service, driving and improving operational and financial performance including the customer helpdesk and residential metering and billing for our community energy contracts
Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with our key internal and external stakeholders and partners including other teams; developers, local authority, Housing Association, suppliers, and business partners.
Supporting the business development and commercial teams developing and tendering new business opportunities
Financial metrics associated with metering and billing including invoicing and bad debt management
