We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join the Corporate Services Real Estate team in the newly created role of Head of Colleague Experience. The successful candidate will deliver an outstanding employee and workplace experience across HSBC’s global headquarters, 8 Canada Square, London.
The role will focus on the future of work, estate management, business continuity and resolution planning which will be achieved through ensuring operational excellence of all Facility Services, including but not exclusive to Facilities Management, Engineering, Health & Safety & Project Management.
