Job description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced chef. This is not a restaurant. It's a Surf Camp with a maximum of 24 guests per week and you will be responsible to create the Main 2 dishes a day (Meat/Fish or Vegetarian), starter, and dessert.
Job responsibilities
* Manage Kitchen Operations
* Ensuring Cleanliness / Hygiene Standards in Kitchen Area
* Menu Planning
* Food Cost, Stocks
* Help to serve the food and cleaning
* Responsible for the Breakfast and Dinner Shift
Job requirements
* Fluent in English
* Sri Lankan Citizens
* Experience knowledge in cooking International and Sri Lankan Food
