We have an immediate opening for an HCM Talent Management Configuration Lead. This position can be located at our company headquarters in Allentown, PA, or can be available to those working remotely (U.S. or any region/country). In the case of remote work, physical presence in the office may be required to engage in face-to-face collaboration among teammates.

Responsibilities & Job Duties

  • Lead ongoing requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday configurations as it relates to the Talent Modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, and other related product areas.
  • Configure the talent modules to ensure business requirements are met, leading with best practices and critical thinking for future capabilities.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent, Recruiting, Digital Technology, and Finance to understand business processes and goals, to find opportunities to improve technology offering, and increase employee adoption.
  • Provide support for Workday, including researching, identifying, and resolving complex issues.
  • Recommend standard methodologies to ensure efficient uses of Workday based on knowledge of Air Products\' processes and technology.
  • Continuously increase technical and industry knowledge by participating in Workday Community and other forums.
  • Participate in Workday bi-annual releases ensuring new features are considered for future roadmap and talent modules are fully tested for a seamless release.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of Workday implementation or architect experience in the following modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent & Performance
  • Experience with enterprise interface builder and report writing
  • Extensive experience with Human Capital Management projects and the ability to lead large-scale global projects
  • Outstanding analytic skills and capabilities
  • Self-motivated with a focus on getting results and solid sense of accountability
  • Customer service oriented with a proven desire to collaborate and deliver excellent service to internal customers
