Principal Accountabilities

• Operating a company vehicle
• Loading/Unloading supplies, boxes, eggs, and poults
• Cleanliness and housekeeping
• Valid class E driver license
• No conviction of an assault or homicide with a motor vehicle or similar finding
•  No conviction in past 3 years of:
•  Driving Under the Influence/Driving While Influenced (DUI/DWI) of drugs or alcohol
• Hit and run/knowingly leaving scene of an incident
•  Reckless driving
• Pass CDL physical
• Meet Cargill Hatchery Bio-Security Standards
• Ability to lift 50 lbs from ground level.
• Ability to work Evenings and weekends if necessary.
• Ability to operate 26’ long straight truck.

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 23 years or older
• 2 years of driving experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous production experience
• Work history for past 12 months
