Research & Development Hair Care Associate Researcher
Entry level for individuals who are inspired by hands-on experimentation and basic science, i.e., Procedural work. Onboards to P&G systems and performs the basic and critical experimental work of day-to-day applied research. Work is predominantly execution/procedural oriented, e.g., in a lab, in a plant or pilot plant (internal or external), at a clinical site, with consumers, and/or on a computer.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with an Associate’s Degree in an Engineering or Mechanical field or a High School diploma with relevant experience and interests.
Ideal candidate is curious, technically astute, and observant for this R&D job. Multiple roles available from this posting. We're building a science based fun and dynamic culture within the Hair Care R&D Team and this person must be willing to both work hard and play hard. Curious nature and good humor will be helpful.
Performs established test procedures and produces reliable, reproducible results to meet day-to-day project needs as directed by their manager/technical coach. Documents and compiles experimental data from various lab experiments for review and interpretation together with their manager/technical coach. Communicates results and observations, both verbally and/or written, to their manager/technical coach and/or other team members, making special note of unanticipated results and/or unexpected observations.
