This role is responsible for the seamless running of day to day activities for the e-commerce studios.
• Ensure all stakeholders are clear on what is expected of them
• Anticipate and resolve any risks, challenges to the smooth running
• To support the vision, strategy, and objectives from the business to key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategy on improving workflow, productivity, and efficiencies, whilst focusing on quality.
• Manage the flow of product per week, tracking the speed from sample received to live.
• Monitor studio team to guarantee agreed SLAs are delivered
• Prepare the stock ahead of shooting to ensure product is assigned to the most appropriate models. Ensure priority items are agreed and accounted into the scheduling numbers.
• Co-ordinate shoot schedule with producers.
• Build relationships and keep open communication with key stakeholders I.E Shoot Teams
• Working Closely with Senior Studio Manager on adhering to e-com studio budgets, forecasting, and delivery of guaranteed cost per product.
• Work closely with Senior Studio Manager on tracking weekly spend, and reporting overspend to finance
• Close working relationship with the NL Creative & Brand team, on co-ordinating creative shoots alongside the producers
• Supporting the casting director on studio casting & raising Model PO’s
• Support Studio Manager on adhoc tasks
• Always keep up to date with competitor activity and aim to lead the high street with amazing photography. Regular category deep dives to stay best in class.

Knowledge and Experience
• Experience in an Ecommerce or Photography Studio environment.
• Previous production experience, scheduling and managing shoot numbers.
• Proven problem solving skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
Minimum level of education or qualifications
• Degree level qualifications preferred.
