Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Production of monthly Flash reporting to senior management (Group FD, CFO and CEO), working with offshore and divisional teams to ensure commentary is appropriately concise and insightful

  • Production of the monthly Exco and Board Reports

  • Manage the collation and provision of group-wide finance information that forms the monthly Finance Report

  • Provide analysis for Investor Relations at half-year, full-year and on an ad-hoc basis

  • Work closely with external reporting team to ensure external and management reporting numbers are as closely aligned as possible

  • Develop a collaborative relationship with divisions / business to understand their P&L movements and risks and opportunities.

  • Other ad hoc group management reporting duties

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualified accountant (preferably ACA or equivalent), with post qualification experience.

  • Audit or experience of operating financial controls essential

  • Plc group experience

  • Ability to work in a matrix organisation across multiple legal entities and business

  • Experience of managing stakeholders across all levels of the organisation

  • Knowledge of Power BI would be a plus

  • Proactive, delivers within agreed timescales

  • High attention to detail

  • Analytically minded

  • Demonstrably high level of communication skills

  • Innovative and creative thinker who provides solutions
